Located in a 14-story tower in Atlanta, the project was designed to reflect Intercontinental Exchange’s dual identity as a stable financial institution and a leader in technology-driven innovation. The workplace strategy emphasized flexibility and collaboration, incorporating social hubs and tailored work environments to support a wide range of teams, from executive leadership to software development. The design integrates traditional materials such as marble and wood with sleek, modern finishes to create a refined, future-ready aesthetic. All work was completed while maintaining full occupancy, with phased implementation to minimize disruption. The project was recognized by the ASID Georgia Chapter with multiple awards for design excellence, including honors for corporate interiors and custom product design, reinforcing Intercontinental Exchange’s position at the forefront of global financial markets.

The space was designed to support a dynamic free-address workplace strategy that fosters equity, employee engagement, and accommodates over 550 employees and guests across 43 departments. Key interior program elements include concierge services, a communal hub for dining and meetings, a dedicated technology center featuring a “genius bar” service desk, lounge, coffee bar, and workroom. The design emphasizes wellbeing, social connectivity, and seamless technology integration, creating an inclusive environment that supports collaboration and high-performance work. Reflecting Atlanta’s unique culture and CBRE’s brand identity, the final solution delivers a hospitality-driven workplace experience recognized with a Design Excellence Award from the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), Georgia Chapter.

Delta Sky Club Austin

Architecture, interior design, MEP and structural engineering services for a 9,830 SF luxury landing place for travelers. Delta Sky Club Austin was strategically organized to support a variety of functions, featuring a 360-degree view of the concourse and public outdoor terrace, with expansive sightlines to the runway. A key highlight is the Sky Deck—an outdoor patio offering guests fresh air and unobstructed runway views.

The environment embodies the client’s vision of a sophisticated hospitality experience while reflecting the region’s culture. This is expressed through locally sourced food and beverages, Texas-inspired décor, and artwork by Austin-based artists.

A variety of seating configurations were introduced to create a welcoming, fluid layout that balances openness with privacy. The club preserves the client’s signature elements and includes dedicated zones for work, dining, and relaxation.

Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL)

Architectural, interior design, and structural engineering services for a series of groundbreaking facilities at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, including the Multi-Program Research Facility (MRF), the East Campus Complex, and the Frontier Supercomputer, the world’s first exascale system.

The MRF spans 218,000 SF and was designed to support a wide range of research functions with flexible, modular lab and office spaces. The 388,000 SF East Campus Complex houses one of the fastest supercomputers in the world, along with Class A offices and specialized engineering and research labs. The Frontier Supercomputer includes 77 liquid-cooled HPE Cray EX cabinets and nearly 10,000 AMD-powered compute nodes, delivering peak performance.

These facilities were designed with adaptability, security, and sustainability at their core and achieved LEED Gold certification, saving over five million gallons of water annually through innovative systems and landscaping.

Materials and finishes were selected to reflect the high-tech nature of the campus while supporting long-term durability and performance, through a future-forward look and design.
