]]> Architecture and interior design services for a new, full-service 16,900 SF Lincoln car dealership, showroom and service center in Barrington, IL. The ground-up project revitalized the Lincoln dealership after the owners elected to separate their Lincoln and Ford dealerships, allowing for an ultra-curated experience for Lincoln buyers. The facility is spacious, with comfortable large and small client interaction areas that transform purchasing into a luxury experience. This project includes elevated customer zones, and a car delivery room with a three-bay, pull-through service reception space. Unlike the overwhelming atmosphere of traditional dealerships, this space welcomes customers into a serene, zen environment, encouraging relaxation and comfort to elevate the buying experience.

]]> Architecture and interior design services for Porsche’s corporate dealership and Canadian head office, and parking structure on this design-build project.  The 3 storey, 63,000 SF dealership and office building includes a showroom, service, and training center on the ground floor.  The second-floor houses dealership offices and a cafeteria while the 3rd floor has offices with adjacent rooftop patio for Porsche Canada Headquarters.  The 7-story, parking structure totals 426,000 SF and includes ground floor retail.

The dealership includes a high-end 9 vehicle showroom, sales offices, lounge areas, retail boutique, and 166 site parking stalls. Additional spaces include a public Quattro café and an executive level with offices and a conference room as well as an additional public lounge area. There are 18 vehicle service and two wash/detail bays, an interior new car delivery room, a two-level parts department as well as an elevated three vehicle interior jewel box display with freeway frontage. This project meets the Audi of America Corporate design standards and all Cal Green sustainable building standards.
