Architecture and interior design services for the replacement of a mini-warehouse facility. The project featured the construction of a new, eight-story, 229,741 SF self-storage facility on a 0.843-acre site with parking for 40 vehicles and 121 bicycles. Building features include a rental office/reception area, restrooms, retail area for purchasing boxes and supplies, convenient elevator access, as well as keypad and remote-app gate access. The ground level also features off-street loading to facilitate loading. Sustainable features include LED lighting throughout with motion sensor control, while the roof is designed for future solar panel installation that will offset the building’s mechanical load and generate surplus electrical power.
